Discounts

We proudly offer a 10% discount for military members, first responders, and healthcare workers with valid ID.

Please mention your discount at the time of booking or before checkout so we can apply it to your appointment.

Insurance & HSA/FSA

Las Vegas Sports Massage does not bill insurance directly at this time. However, we can provide a detailed receipt or superbill upon request for clients who would like to seek reimbursement through their insurance, HSA, or FSA plan. Coverage is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan. We recommend checking with your insurance provider, HSA, or FSA administrator before booking if you plan to request reimbursement.

Superbills & Receipts

If you would like a detailed receipt or superbill, please let us know before or at the time of your appointment.

We are happy to provide documentation for your records.
